Thank you for shopping at BTTR Performance. We strive to provide high-quality products and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Any accompanying documentation, such as manuals or warranty cards, must be included.
  • The return must be initiated within the specified timeframe.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at bttrperformance@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Any relevant supporting details or images

Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that you may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer support team at bttrperformance@gmail.com. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide further instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We may require you to provide photographic evidence or return the item(s) for inspection. Upon verification, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Please note that these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
